how do I angle text without angling border?

I've rotated text in a cell and it rotates my border as well.
How can I keep my border from rotating.
 
I don't believe you can. A work around would be to eliminate the norma
border entirely and replace it with a box object from the drawin
toolbar. Be sure to format it empty (no-fill) :cool
