When using outlook I want to change the appearance of the window. I am having
difficulty applying a different font size and colour to the inbox window and
the spacing for individual email accounts being displayed is too big. Is it
possible to change this? I have tried using the control panel display
settings but this doesn't helpl.

Email accounts aren't displayed in the Inbox (unless you add the Accounts
field to the header line). Please describe what you see more clearly.

It's a View setting, so it will be in Outlook, if it exists, not in Control
Panel.

you can control the message list using automatic formatting in Views. body
text in the preview pane or open messages is controlled in mail formatting
(tools, options).

I'm not sure what you mean by spacing of email accounts..
