How do I allow Outlook to receive .exe files%3f

I do not, of course, wish to receive dangerous .exe files from spammers, but
there are times when I do want to be able to receive an .exe file when I am
expecting it. Is there an adjustment to Outlook 2002 SP3 to allow it to
receive these files?
Thanks,
Linda

Best option is really to ask the sender to zip the file. Or see
