how do i adjust a maximized view when part of doc is off screen

A word document is opened from an e-mail attachment. It opens up in
maximized view but half of document is off screen. How do I adjust maximize
view so that the full document shows on the screen?

Have you tried changing the zoom (View/Zoom)?
