I work in an ophthalmology clinic and occasionally would love to be able to
add words to my spell check dictionary. Today I needed the correct spelling
of "chelation" and since it was not in the dictionary, I had to get the
spelling from another source. How do I add this word and any others to the
spell check dictionary?

The easiest way to do it is to simply type the word into your document,
making sure you are spelling it correctly (check a medical dictionary) and
placing a space after the word. As soon as you type the space, the red
zigzag line should appear under it Right-click on the word, and select "Add
to dictionary" from the drop-down list.

When Word shows the red way underline that indicates a word is misspelled
but you know it's correct, right-click the word and select "Add to
Dictionary". Alternatively, if you're doing a full-document spell check (F7)
and it stops on a correctly spelled word, click the "Add to Dictionary"
button in the dialog.
