how do I add the font to email toolbar

I do not have a way to change the font or color on my email toolbar. How can
I add this feature?
 
What product are you asking about? You'd be best off asking in a newsgroup
related to whatever product it is.

This newsgroup's for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.

Microsoft's confusing Help system has led you to post this in the
wrong newsgroup. This group is for Microsoft Access. Please scroll
down the list to a newsgroup for your particular newsreader (Outlook,
Outlook Express, or what?) and repost.
