How do I add text to a Venn Diagram?

I am attempting to create a venn diagram using Word. I am able to have the
diagram displayed, but it won't let me add text inside the diagram, pleas
help!

Ah ha! I am pleased with myself that I figured it out, I was able to write
text inside the Venn Diagram by using a text box, it may not be the most
conventional way of doing it, but it works.

Please give more info on how you created the Venn Diagram in Word.
