HOW DO I ADD SHEET TABS IN OUTLOOK 2003

PLEASE HELP!!! I HAVE A FORM HALF CREATED AND CAN'T ADD ADDITIONAL SHEETS TO
FORM.(SHEET TABS ARE AT TOP OF APPOINTMENT IN CALENDAR) THEY GIVE YOU 3 -4
BLANK AND ALSO "APPOINTMENT" - "SCHEDULING" - ETC
