HOW DO I ADD MY RESUME TO A BROWSE LIST?

I NEED TO SEND A COPY OF MY RESUME TO AN EMPLOYER. THEY SAID TO ADD IT TO A
BROWSE LIST.
 
1. Lower your caps.

2. Ask them what they mean. I've submitted my resume online many times and
I've never heard that terminology.
