How do I add email sender as contact in outlook 2007

It's always been so simple, but seems to have changed. I want to be sure I
can add them as both a personal contact and business contact from their email.
 
The easiest way I've found is to right-click on the sender's name, select
"Add to Outlook Contacts". This will open an Outlook contact form, but does
not immediately save the contact into your Outlook contacts. Next, click the
round Office button in the upper-left corner and select "Move". Finally,
select the "Business Contacts" folder under Business Contact Manager and
click "OK".
