How do I add an internal dictionary to word?

I had an offline dictionary and thesaurus with word when I installed it. A
couple days ago it disappeared and I want to know how to get it back.
 
Check the language setting of your text to ensure that spell checking has
not been disabled. It is is disabled the spell check will not work.
