How do I add an entry to a task "requested by" field in Outlook?

I have added the "Requested By" field to my current view in Outlook, but am
unable to add an entry to this field for any task.

How do I add an entry to a task "requested by" field in Outlook?
 
I think that field is read-only by you. It's assigned when a Task request is
done.
You could re-design the form to add your own field that you can manually
enter that type of information in if you wish.
Try the Outlook forms group for help.
