How do i add a pop up picture in 2007

I have seen how to add a pop up picture as a comment in 2003, but in 2007 the
"format comments" window is scaled down to nothing. I am new to 2007 so i may
be on the wrong path...

Please Help

What do you mean by "scaled down to nothing"?

Right-click cell and Insert Comment.

Right-click on border of Comment and Format Comment.

Select Colors and Lines>Color>Fill Effects>Picture.

Exactly the same as 2003.
