Is RSS the best way to do this? I would like to have it appear in a headline
format.
 
RSS is the correct communication format for blog communiation, if that is
what you are asking.

Yes, that was what I was asking. Thanks. I am not really familiar with how to
do it in FP2003, but I am a quick learner. I update my blog about a dozen
times a day and I would like the new content to reflect on my website:
