How do I add a file to my form?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
I have developed a form and need to be able to attach a .jpg file to the
form. I have added a tabbed "subform" area to place the files in.

How do I go about adding a file?

I think that your question needs clarification at best and may be faulty at
worst.

What do you mean by "attach"

A permanent graphic for the fixed part of the form?

If not, then you are probably talking about relating/attaching a jpg. to a
RECORD and/or displaying the path/filename or the image stored as the jpg on
the form as you display that record.
