Add your htm file and gif image into C:\Program Files\Common Files
\Microsoft Shared\Stationery

You will get the idea.

Good luck,

No, don't start messing around in the Program Files folder. Vista locks down
the Program Files folder for a reason!

If you want to manipulate files directly then always do this in the
Stationery folder of your own user account or All Users (depending on the
scope of the stationery).

I've read over all the comments, and checked the website references,
and they have added to my overall knowledge, but there seems to be
quite a disconnect when it comes to stationary. Every method of saving
or creating stationary does something different, and none of the
methods successfully take everything in the stationary I have created
and transfer it to the target user.

I created stationary that includes styles, a logo, font selections,
and font and background colors to certain areas to use as a corporate
identity email letterhead using a text editor and saved it as an HTML
file. I then placed it in my stationary folder, and it works great.
But trying to deploy it has been very challenging. The standard "Save
as stationary" method removes everything and provides a blank email
with no styles, no logo, no default text (company address / phone /
slogan) and no colors. The "create new stationary from a file" method
dumps the styles and changes the colors.

Is there not a simple way to just inject a "packaged" HTML file into
the user's Stationary folder, or even just an easy way from PC to PC
to find the default stationary folder for that system?
