How do I access the "due by" field for reporting purposes in BCM/.

I would like to print reports based on the "due by" date of the followup
flag, but despite dates being set, reports/views with the field set always
show as a value of "none", suggesting that the field I access in a view is
different to that with the same name where the date is stored within the
followup flag.

Even if it cannot be filtered, do you know how to access the "Due By" field?
