How do I access the clipboard?

If I cut and paste multiple items, how do I access the clipboard to select
previouslly cut items to paste?
 
In Word 2003, if you show the Task Pane it is available there - just click on
the downward arrow and select Clipboard. View | Task Pane or Ctrl + F1 to
access the Task Pane. Does this help?
