How do I access My Documents that were PW protected after re-insta

I upgraded my motherboard and CPU. on first boot, Windows would not start. I
had to Re-install windows, leaving file structure intact. How do i access "My
Documents" that were password protected on the older install. I get the Error
messege "Cannot access these files"

Is there somthing I change in the registry to allow access?

Actually - the message is 'Access Denied', correct?

Search using Google!

Next time, you can try using the exact error message/notification/whatever
pops up to tell you what you cannot do in a Google Search and it should
speed up your solution implementation time. ;-)
