I was linking documents in my database when it quit responding and I had to
restart. When I opened my Access 2000 application only the Switchboard
displays on the screen but not the database table. The Tools>Startup>Display
Database Window checkmark block is still checked. When I select an item from
the Switchboard all of my data entrys are still there. Can someone let me
know how I can access my database table? Thanks for you help.

It might just have jumped way off screen. Try going to Window, Cascade and
see if it shows.

Also try pressing the F11 key a couple of times.

Otherwise it might corruption. Tony Toews has an excellent web page on
database corruption.

Allen Brown also has excellent info on corruption.

I have a white paper in a Word document named Fix Corrupt Access Database
towards the bottom this page:

Jerry, thanks. I tried Cascade and that did the trick. I do sincerely
appreciate your help. Additionally, I was using two monitors and had the
database table stretched from one monitor to the other. What is strange
though is that there were no scroll bars either vertical or horizontal to
indicate that the database table was there. I tried F11 the first time with
no results. But Cascade solved my problem. Jerry have a great weekend and
thanks again.

OMG!!! I had the same problem, and I lost everything, to my surprise it was
way off to the left.
