How do I aarrange email addresses in surname order?r

My contacts are in surname alphabetical order, but when I want to send an
email the email addresses are shown in first name order - not surname order.
I am using Office 2003.

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
