How do Hyperlinks opens another browser window

In creating a hyperlink outside of my web site I don't whant to loose them.
How do I have the hyperlink open another browser to the other site so they
dont have to click back to return to my site.
 
Under hyperlink properties, set the frame target value to New Windows (_blank)
