How do get permissions back ther were changed by mistake?

I have lost permissions to access. company wide.. How do i get permissions
back?

Permissions to... Microsoft Access databases? Permission to access
folders in Windows? More details please.

Permissions to access databases, folders.. projects.. i am getting
the following error" You do not have the necessary permissions to use
N:\TEST3\Supervisor Information Center.MDB object
have your System Administrator or person who created object establish the
appropiate permissions for you"
This is happening on objects that I created and objects that others have
created. All of the users have lost access also. this started on
03/20/2006.. the only thing that changed that day was my windows passcode
was changed.. when I had to reboot my computer.I have not been able to get
back in to any access project.

If you have implemented Access security, you may need to run the
Workgroup Administrator and rejoin the .mdw file used to secure the
databases. Apparently the account (Access account, not Windows
account) doesn't have privileges to the Database object. Are you
getting a username/password prompt when you open the database? Were
you previously?

I was getting the prompt previously.
