How do change the connecting lines in an orgainisation chart to arrows?

I'm creating an organisation chart in word but can't seem to alter the connecting lines in any way i want to change them to arrows and i also want to use multiple lines to the one box
 
You can change lines to arrows by right clicking on the line and choosing
'Format Autoshape' from the dropdown menu. (Just select the arrowhead you
want from the Arrows: Begin Style or End Style.

As for having 2 lines into one box, not sure if Org Chart supports that. You
might have to use the 'Drawing' Toolbar (Main Menu: View -> Toolbars, select
it if not already visible) to draw the extra line in by hand...
