How do automatically copy an email after manually moving it?

I am using Outlook 2003, and am trying to move a copy of an email after
physically moving it from my inbox to a folder. i.e. When maunally putting an
email in a folder, I would like a copy of that email sent to another email. I
have tried to do this using the rules wizard, but have only been able to
achieve this when the email is automatically moved through a specified
condition.

Is it possible to achieve a copy after being manually moved? Are there any
'folder' rules that can be applied?

Thanks

Why not do it the other way round? Forward the email and THEN move it to the
folder.

Sorry, I wasn't entirely clear in my original post. When moving an amail from
my inbox to a particular folder, I would like a copy of that email sent to
another folder. i.e. so that the two folders always have the same contents.

I would like to do this automatically, as manually moving a copy to the
second folder would be time consuming. I hope this makes sense.

Rules work only on incoming (or outgoing) messages and cannot be triggered
by manual events like moving a message to a folder. I don't know of any way
to accomplish what you seek.
