You have to make sure it is located in it's default location and then do as Russ posted to open. It has to be in the Outlook pst files on your C:\ drive
In plain English it has to be in Outlook for it to be opened not in any other location
I'd disagree with this. PSTs can be any Windows folder in which the person
can write files.
