How Delete User in Registry?

Hi, (Sorry if redundant but original post is missing at least to my view.)

I'm very happy with my long-time User Account Name but had deleted the first
2 accounts in my Control Panel some time ago. Now, however, I'd like to
permanently eradicate them from the Registry. hkey folder, Indentities, shows
in right pane the following: Identity Original - Last User ID - Last
Username. Would erasing the Value data from one or more of these be the
solution?

That key is for switching Identities in Outlook Express.
