You have track changes selected on the review functions. Accept all changes
and switch off the tracking from the review toolbar.

Or by pressing Ctrl-Shift-e or by double-clicking "TRK" at the bottom
of your document window.

(Questioner may not recognize what the Reviewing Toolbar is.)

You are in track changes mode. Double-click the TRK the status bar to
turn it off. Display the Reviewing toolbar, press Ctrl+A to select the
entire document, then click the Accept Change button to get rid of the
red and underlining.

Selecting an entire document can have tragic results. Far better to
click the tiny drop-down arrow next to the checkmark for Accept
Change, and go down to Accept All Changes in Document.
