How could I resolve the bug "Could not use ''; file already in use."?

I am using a access database in LAN app, I always get error message "Could not use ''; file already in use.", how to resolved it?

What permissions do you have on the folder where the MDB file exists? You
need at least Read, Write, eXecute and Delete.
