Either 'print' to the Microsoft Office Document Imaging driver (MODI is
supplied with Office but not installed by default) with its output property
set to TIFF; or use a third party application such as SnagIt to output the
document via a similar 'printer' driver to jpg (or any other graphic format
you prefer).
