How come tallying of microsoft outlook responses disappears after.

I send out meeting notifications in Outlook 2003 Small Business and when the
responses come back there is a tally. However, after a few days it
disappears and it states that it is not in my calendar. We are running Small
Business Exchange Server 2000.
 
Hi,

You will have better luck if you post into an Outlook newsgroup. This
newsgroup is for issues to do with Microsoft Access, the relational database
product.
