how can you transfer data from excel to MS word?

How do I creat Multiple Personal Folders

I have a database of names, addresses, etc. I use for mailings in MS word,
but I need to transfer it to MS excel.

Anyone know how to import or export the data from MS Word to Excel?

Control C to Copy from Word.
Control V to Paste into Excel.
Or use the Edit menu in each case. For the Paste into Excel you can, if you
wish, use Edit/ Paste Special/ which gives a wider range of options.
