How can you set up alternating backgrounds

I want the backgrounds in my front page web site to alternate every so often,
can this be done? Also is this possible for pictures?

One possibility is that the OP wants a different image each time the page
loads.
Another possibility is that after the page is loaded , the image changes at
say 30 second intervals.
Or even, the image changes every few days (or weeks or whatever)

Yeah - normal vs badly distorted. You figure out which belongs to who! 8)

GOOGLE "rotating images" or "rotating background" and you will probably find
50 scripts to do this.
