How can you restore the anonymous permission?

A user has deleted the anonymous permission on their calendar. Now anyone
that does not have specific rights to view the calendar can open that users
calendar, but all appointments are missing.

Is there anyway to add the anonymous permission back? The add permission
window only allows users in the GAL to be added.
