How can you change your registration information?

In the system properties, under general info. it is stated NAME , BUSINESS
(TITLE) , REG. CODE

Is there any way to change the BUSINESS & NAME information entered?

I bought my laptop from a co-worker, and his info is already loaded... and I
have thought about re-formatting, but it is a last resort.
