How can you change the color of the text in the subject line?

Can anyone explain how you can change the color of the text in the subject
line in Microsoft Outlook 2003?
 
If you mean on your own screen, use Automatic Formatting rules. You can't
change the color of the subject line for the recipient of a message you send.
