How can turn on "Track changes" feature when reply and forward mes

When I reply and forward message and would like to use track changes feature
it shows gray color. How can I turn on this feature?I already mark "Use
Microsoft word to edit e-mail messages"

Track Changes is not available when using Word as the
Outlook editor.
