How can my client access his .csv form results?

My client would like to have access to the .csv file that appears under the
_private folder for his form. I tried typing the full location into my
browser but the username & password that I use for Frontpage aren't working.
Is there another way to be able to pull down a copy of the file?

Check with your host to make sure they have applied proper permissions to
allow access.
