How can multiple Windows XP users see the same emails

I've just purchase a PC with Windows XP professional to be able to assign
different logins and priviledges to family members, but we have a single
email address and all want to see the same emails under our own login. How
can I configure Outlook 2002 to do this?
 
Set up the account to Leave messages on server and delete after xx days.
Everyone will have access to messages and the server won't get clogged. It
would be better for each to have his own email. Most ISP's allow up to 7 or 8
email addresses. Check with them.
