How can I write a flat symbol (like Bb) in office?

I am writing a music instructional book and I can't find how to make a flat
symbol. There are no flat symbols in the symbol lists.

If you have any of the big Unicode fonts on your computer, such as
Arial Unicode or Lucida Sans Unicode, you can find the flat, natural,
and sharp signs in the Miscellaneous Dingbats section at hexadecimal
266D, 266E, and 266F.
