How can i view who the email is from in a folder

Hi i have created a folder inside my sent items folder so that i can keep
emails sent to sertain people but when it comes to find them i have to run a
search each time because the name of the recipiant is not displayed instead
it just displays my name as that is who the email is from. Is there any way
of changing the view so that i can see who the email was sent to? ( i work
with Outlook 2000)
 
To get to the Field Chooser, right click on any heading, To, Subject, etc.
and pick it from the menu
 
if you use a table view, you just need to add the "to" column from the field
chooser.
then you can sort or regroup by that field
