How can I use the Outlook contacts in Word while Outlook is not my default e-mail program ?

Hi

Lotus Notes is the e-mail & calendar application in the company where I work (not my choice)

In spite of that I would like to use/insert my Outlook Contacts (an extensive list that I built up through the years) in MS-Word for addressing letters, for printing address labels, etc .

The above only works if I declare Outlook as my default e-mail program, which I cannot/may not do

That's my problem : how can I use my Outlook Contacts anyway
