Check with you ISP - you can generally access your email
on the server without downloading to Outlook Express.

Two ways to look at email
1. Download email from POP server
Use email client application - Outlook Express. You need POP and SMTP Server information [eg pop.myisp.net] together with Username and Password. This will let you receive you email onto another PC using Outlook Express - anywhere in the world. You will need to substitute your own ISP settings with that of your 'friends' for the SMTP server to send or reply to emails. All email is downloaded onto local PC so don't forget to delete personal stuff

2. View email remotely via Webmai
You use your Browser to logonto your ISP and click onto Webmail or their 'private name' for this service. You can use any PC anywhere that has internet access. All email send / receive is kept at ISP until you get homw and download to your own PC with Outlook Express
