How can I upgrade from win98 to window 2000?

My computer has window98 and I have a cd for windows 2000
nt proffesinal ?



another question: I dont know what happened to my explore
when I try to log to the internet"Sympatico" the
connection is fine. however, as soon as explore opens
it gives me this message: IEXPLORE.EXE created an error
log please start again. even i tried to open the recycle
bin, my computer it gives me the same problem help please.

Boot from the W2K CD and follow the instructions.

HOWEVER - back up ALL your data first, and ensure that you go to your
computer manufacturer's website and download ALL the W2K drivers for your
machine first.
