First you have to pay money to buy a license. Quoting from
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/831023:
"When you decide to convert your Office 2003 Trial version product to
a full retail perpetual license product, you must first purchase a
perpetual license product key from Microsoft or purchase a full retail
version of the product from either Microsoft or from any authorized
retail store."
You'll probably find that it's cheaper to buy a complete retail boxed
copy from a place such as
www.amazon.com than to buy direct from
Microsoft (see
http://www.microsoft.com/office/trial/convert.mspx).
