How can I unlock a column in a document

We converted a document from a "tif" format to MS Word format. The document
has on the left side, certain information/questions and it requres answers on
the right side, answers to each question [as one would see if you had set up
a table with two columns]. The problem is, the answers area [cell] require
more room than the Cell allows so the words are hidden below the bottom of
the Cell. Can someone tell me how to set the Cell so that it automatically
accomodate for the required space for the answers? I would simply like it to
shift down as necessary. I am using MS Office/MS Word 2003.

Most likely the text form fields are in table cells with Exact row height.
This will have to be changed.

Thank you Suzanne... I was able to get this area working after right clicking
in the cell and then going to Table Properties then Row and then making the
adjustment. Thank you for guiding me there.
