How can i undo an action after i have clicked save.

I deleted the information in numerous cells and then clicked save i have now
realised i have deleted the worn cells, how can i retrive the information i
deleted before saving.
 
Do you have a backup of your file?

If you do, maybe you can open it and copy from there and paste into the newer
(messed up) file.
 
You can't get the data back. It is gone forever, unless you happen to
have a backup copy. Sorry.
