How can I turn off the FrontPage 2003 screentip?

When ever I mouse over to edit a link in FrontPage 2003 a little screentip
pops up right in my way telling me of the shortcut to go to the link. This
is driving me nuts and I can't find a way to turn it off! Does anyone know
how I can get this screentip to stop popping up?

P.S. Turning off the screentips for the toolbars doesn't solve the problem.
 
You can't. Once you have clicked to place the cursor there, simply move
the mouse away.
