how can i transfer my package cd to my desktop?

i created a powerpoint presentation on my laptop and packaged it onto a CDR
and now I am trying to transfer the presentation from my cd to power point on
my desktop and I don't know how to do this. Does anyone know?
 
Put your CD in the drive, open Windows Explore and locate the CD, drag the files
from the CD to your Desktop or a folder on your hard drive.
