How can I track my credit cards in excel

I would like to set up a template to track my credit card's: present
balance, total line of credit, total available credit, current purchase
interest rate, prior interest rate, balance transfer interest rate and
ability to compare other credit cards interest rates for balance transfer,
purchases or promotional rate and duration of promotional rates
